The Ideal Internet Order Importer has been developed by Ideal Host to download orders from the Internet, and import them directly into Sage 50 or 200 without the need for any retyping.

Where the order is received from a new customer, the Importer will create a new account in Sage, followed by an order record. For existing customers, the Importer will locate the account and create the order record based on this account. By eliminating the need for re-typing information received over the Internet, the agent saves on staff time, and minimises the possibility of errors.
